Description

The CYMATIC is a high-performance surfboard for extremely high-level performance.

Its shape is a combination of the Sci-Fi and Omni models, so you can almost clearly imagine the combination of these two surfboards.

Sci-Fi fans will immediately recognize the Tomo’s double butt tile. Much of the Sci-Fi’s popularity in 2016 and 2017 stems from this tile design, along with the Tomo’s Quad Inside Single Concave.

In terms of functionality, the combination of these two design elements is brilliant – the double tread adds grip inside the wave and slightly balances out the high speed generated by the Quad Inside Single Concave.

This model has a similar nose to the OMNI but with a little less volume in this area. The surfboards are still very reminiscent of the Sci-Fi in surfing style but with a little more rocker and are suited to waves of 1-5ft.

When it comes to big waves, surfers who love the feeling of almost out-of-control speed but in a fun way will appreciate the feel of this board in big, quality waves at head height and above.

Ideal wave

In keeping with the Tomo line, the CYMATIC is a performance surfboard for big waves. The double tread gives you grip in hollower waves, the speed generated by the Tomo’s Quad Inside Single Concave allows you to ride sections you previously thought were impossible.
Recommended for waves 2-6ft and will work in all conditions, but excels in average to good waves.

 

Characteristics

The Omni top combined with the Sci-Fi bottom is what creates the CYMATIC.
This model has the same nose as the OMNI but with a little less volume in this area. The boards are still very reminiscent of the Sci-Fi in terms of surfing style but with a little more rocker and are suited to waves in the 1-5ft range. It is recommended to use the KS1 blade set as a set of four blades in a smaller size than you would normally use.
