Description
The Boss Up model is the big brother of the older model, S-Boss, Kelly Slater’s first midi.
Designed by Dan Mann, in collaboration with Kelly Slater and Kevin Schultz, this board is one of the most versatile and all-around designs in the Kelly Slater line.
It is a board that is suitable for both weak and flat waves, and also suitable for fat waves above head height.
The Boss Up is the best surfboard to take with you if you only have to choose one.
The surfboard provides maximum performance in an extremely versatile surfboard.
It is recommended to take a surfboard with 13 liters more than your regular shorts.
The surfboard has a 5-blade option and it is recommended to surf it as a quad.

Wave type
The Boss Up is one of the most versatile surfboards, suitable for small waves to tubes.
The board is perfect for performance. Although many think of this design as suitable for small, weak waves, it can also perform great on big point breaks like Pavones or Rincon, or even on a big day at Sunset.

Characteristics
The Boss Up is the elongated version of the S Boss, with a larger board and longer rails, giving you more drive and versatility in all water conditions. This design doesn’t require you to be completely precise with the volume – any surfer can ride the Boss Up in a variety of sizes. The team’s recommendation is to choose a board with about 13 liters more volume than your regular shortboard.
